Refund policy
Returns
We have a 30-day policy for unopened, unused product. If your item arrives in its original sealed condition and you change your mind, contact us at hello@animique.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping on change-of-mind returns unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Eligible returns are accepted by mail. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Opened products
Opened products are not eligible for cash refunds. A product is considered opened once any seal, shrink wrap, cap, or closure has been removed or broken, or if the product has been sprayed, tested, or otherwise used. Products in 1oz, .5oz, 30ml, and 15ml sizes are final sale. If purchased as part of a set that includes a full size bottle, the unopened 6oz bottle may be returned for a partial refund. Discovery Sets are final sale. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately.
Refunds
For eligible unopened returns, once we receive and inspect your item we will notify you of approval. If approved you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Allow additional time for your bank to process. Questions? hello@animique.com
Orders outside the United States
Because of the nature of fragrance products, we can only accept returns of unopened, unused, sealed products. Once a seal, cap, or closure has been removed or broken, or the product has been sprayed or tested, it can’t be returned. If you live in the UK, you have a legal right to cancel an eligible order within 14 days of delivery; please contact hello@animique.com with your order number. Return shipping is your responsibility, and any duties or taxes paid at checkout are not refundable by us. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away with a photo and we’ll make it right.
