Returns

We have a 30-day policy for unopened, unused product. If your item arrives in its original sealed condition and you change your mind, contact us at hello@animique.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we will take care of you. Customers are responsible for return shipping on change-of-mind returns unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Eligible returns are accepted by mail.

What about opened product?

Fragrance is personal. If a scent is not what you expected, we want to make it right — not process a return. Reach out to us at hello@animique.com within 30 days and we will find a solution. That might mean a different scent, a credit, or something else. We will figure it out together.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately and we will make it right.

Refunds

For eligible unopened returns, once we receive and inspect your item we will notify you of approval. If approved you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Allow additional time for your bank to process. Questions? hello@animique.com
